Alan has all traits of a great salesman, our first year we look ,we were all over the place trying to find the right house ,but to know avail just couldn't find the right one to fit. But Alan and his team came back on board the next year with his new team member(wife) MS Sherwood . Buying a house is stressful, buying one a thousand miles from you in a state you've never lived in is very stressful. We met Alan after another agent flaked out on us. Other agents told us what we should buy, where we should look, and showed us houses that were not even close to what we told them we wanted. Alan listened to what we were looking for. He asked questions and showed us homes that were relevant to what we were looking for. He answered questions honestly and from a stand point of experience. If he didn't know the answer he said so and then researched it for us. Alan showed us four homes the same afternoon we met. He and Jana make a great team. Alan was showing us homes while Jana was preparing more for consideration and researching questions. Jana guided us through the offer and inspection process. Alan met with the inspectors when we were unable to fly to Washington ourselves. In the end we found our forever home Thanks to Alan.
