From the very start, Jana and Alan were on top of things. They were thorough, helpful, communicative, and so hard-working. Every time I spoke with them, they were helpful, informed, and so gracious—you never felt rushed, never felt like an inconvenience, and you never feel "pushed" the way some realtors can come across. When we had decided to sell our Yelm home I did extensive digging for a good team to help us sell after being duped into buying a home we thought was move in ready and having to completely renovate our home. Jana and Alan did a wonderful job!! I had to sell my house with my ex-husband. We do not have a good relationship. Jana was able to communicate with both of us and help us communicate with each other. We also faced up some big obstacles during the sale. Jana and Alan walked me through the process, filled out forms for me, gave me references, hired workers and even took my place when I wasn't able to talk to a buyer, or a house worker. I was able to sell my house in roughly 6 months, which was incredible to me because the house needed work. Alan and Jana were really easy to work with during our move out of state. We chose them because they are Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Providers, but also because of their unique partnership (Alan works primarily with buyers, Jana with sellers).
